Service in the Soviet Army
From 1991 to1997 – Ukrainian- Swiss joint venture  “Apollo” restaurant– a cook;
From 1998 to 2000 – “ Krock” restaurant– a chef;
From 2002 till 2008- a chief- coordinator of a network of  “Mirovaya Karta” restaurants:

Lipskiy Osobnyak” restaurant – haute Ukrainian cuisine;
L’amour” restaurant – French cuisine;
Marrakesh” restaurant – French and Moroccan cuisines;
Dolce” restaurant – Italian cuisine;
Shynok” restaurant – Ukrainian traditional cuisine;
+ 15 years’ experience of the organization of catering services among customers, politicians and diplomats of various ranks, many foreign diplomatic missions.

In 2008 Roman Bondaryev organized the author’s restaurant  ”Mozart Catering” which has an impeccable reputation of the Premium class catering service.
